Misty Villagomez

Misty Villagomez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career navigation and retail management. Currently serving as a Career Navigator and Northstar Proctor at Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona since March 2016, Misty focuses on enhancing job searches and providing resources to community clients. Previously held the position of District Manager at both Goodwill and Family Dollar, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, team development, and compliance with safety standards.
