Daniel Marcus

Daniel Marcus is a Partner and Co-Head of Technology Practice at Gornitzky & Co, where Daniel specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, venture capital investments, and representation of hi-tech companies. Prior to joining Gornitzky & Co, Daniel was a Partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. where Daniel also focused on similar areas. Before that, Daniel worked as an Attorney at Kleinhendler & Halevy, specializing in investments, corporate law, M&A, licensing agreements, joint ventures, commercial agreements, start-ups, and technology companies. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Columbia University.
