Craig Shayowitz

Craig Shayowitz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Craig is currently working at GradFin as a Senior Operations Manager, where they collaborate with Product and Marketing partners to develop change management strategies for new products and campaigns. Craig is responsible for managing and reporting key performance indicators to the management team and ensuring compliance with risk-related requirements.

Prior to joining GradFin, Craig worked at CommonBond.co as a Senior Operations Manager. In this role, they focused on delivering a positive customer experience by training care agents and improving the overall customer care process. Craig also oversaw the scaling of the care team to manage increased inbound volume and provided corrective feedback for communication quality.
