Olaf Kosin

Olaf Kosin serves as the Lean Manager in Industrial Engineering at Graepel Group since July 2021, focusing on the development and production of precision perforated plates with refined surfaces. Previously, Olaf held the position of AME Leader in manufacturing development at Resideo from May 2019 to June 2021, following a tenure at Honeywell as ISC Site Leader and Head of Electronic Production, where the emphasis was on the manufacture of electronic and mechanical components. Prior experience includes leadership roles in operations and production at Elster GmbH and HAMBURG WASSER, as well as project engineering at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. Olaf Kosin holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Technology from Fachhochschule Kiel, complemented by studies at Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
