Ildar Iskhakov

Ildar Iskhakov is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at Amixr.IO from January 2019 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Cisco from January 2016 to December 2019.

Ildar Iskhakov has always been interested in computer science and engineering. Ildar started their career as a software engineer at Cisco, where they worked on the Cloud Platform and Solutions group. Ildar then joined the Cliqr team to build multicloud distributed systems framework.

In January 2019, Ildar Iskhakov co-founded Amixr.IO, a B2B SaaS incident management company. Amixr.IO received signals from monitoring systems, cleans them up to avoid noise, enriches with context from the previous incidents, and tries to fix them automatically or passes them to the relevant person.

Ildar Iskhakov is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs. Ildar is responsible for building and maintaining Grafana's open-source data visualization platform.

Ildar Iskhakov received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Ildar then went on to receive a Master's degree in Automated Systems of Data Processing from the same school.

Ildar Iskhakov reports to Anthony Woods, CTO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Dan Cech - Distinguished Engineer, Esteban Beltran - Senior Software Engineer, and Timur Olzhabayev - Senior Engineering Manager.
