Margarita Lopatin

Margarita Lopatin is an accomplished professional in biostatistics with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director of Biostatistics at GRAIL since April 2018, Margarita has led key biostatistical activities for major studies such as SUMMIT and PATHFINDER, while also developing study protocols and Statistical Analysis Plans. Prior roles include significant contributions at Genomic Health as Lead Program Biostatistician, where Margarita oversaw the liquid biopsy program and coordinated teams for novel test developments in cancer. Margarita's career also includes leadership positions at Boreal Genomics, Scios, and Cygnus Inc, with a foundational education in Statistics from the University of Minnesota and Economics from Novosibirsk State University.
