Miles Monty

Miles Monty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Miles started their career as a Duty Manager at Club Mission, where they gained valuable experience in managing a busy club and handling staff matters. Miles then moved on to Sega, where they worked as a Functionality Tester and Sony Compliance Tester, collaborating with teams to ensure the quality of games released on Sony consoles. After that, they joined PKR Technologies Limited as a QA Lead, contributing to a team that tested and detected defects in the company's software products. Miles then worked at NaturalMotion as a QA Project Lead and QA Manager, overseeing large-scale mobile game projects and managing a team of QA engineers. Currently, they are serving as the Director of QA at Gram Games, where they focus on upskilling the QA team and guiding the company's ambitious direction.

Miles Monty began their education at Milton Abbey School from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued A-Levels in Music Technology, Electronics, Maths, and French. Miles then attended D'Overbroeks 6th Form College in Oxford from 2003 to 2005 for their A-Levels in Music Technology, Photography, and Computer Science.

In 2006, Miles enrolled in Leeds Beckett University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Music and Sound Technology. Miles continued their education at Leeds Beckett University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Games Design from 2009 to 2011.

Additionally, in April 2011, Miles received a Personal Alcohol License from the British Institute of Innkeeping.
