Anand Madhav

Anand Madhav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of data science, client success, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director - Client Success at Gramener since June 2017, Anand focuses on sales, pipeline development, stakeholder management, P&L ownership, solutions design, delivery, and capability development. Previous roles at Gramener include Associate Director and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing data and AI products. Prior to Gramener, Anand worked at ZS Associates as an Associate Business Consultant, optimizing resource allocation for global pharmaceutical companies, and held an Associate Consultant position at Kantar, engaged in marketing analytics for major CPG and Food Services clients. Earlier experience includes a Process Developer role at GENPACT LLC, supporting retail banking operations for a US-based Fortune 50 client. Anand holds a PGDM in General Management from Goa Institute of Management and a B.Com from Delhi University.
