Currently serving as Principal Engineer for NaaS Global Service Operations at Graphiant since February 2023, Farqad is a key technical point of contact among various teams, focusing on service operations encompassing engineering, capacity management, performance monitoring, and security. Prior roles include Senior Technical Lead at Cisco, where Farqad managed high-priority customer escalations and contributed to SD-WAN solutions, and Technical Lead at Viptela, emphasizing testing infrastructure for system-level solutions.
