Tim Williams

Tim Williams is an experienced media and communications professional currently serving as the Media and Communications Manager at Great Yarmouth Borough Council since September 2022. Previously, Tim held various editorial positions at Archant, culminating in the role of Managing Editor, where strategic and operational targets were met through collaboration with newspaper and magazine editors. Tim's extensive background includes leadership roles at the Norwich Evening News, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of journalists and managing multiple publications, as well as earlier positions at Newsquest, Trinity Mirror plc, and other notable publications. Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Government and Public Policy from Northumbria University and A levels in English, History, and Politics & Economics from St George's College, Weybridge.
