Azfarizul Ghifari started their career in 2018 as a Staff Programmer at PT. Indopro Media Piranti (Axiopro HR). Azfarizul then moved on to work at GreatDay HR - HR Software in 2019, where they started as an HRIS Implementation Consultant and later became an Associate Project Manager - Implementation in July 2022.

Azfarizul Ghifari earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Mercu Buana, where they attended from 2013 to 2018.
