Kate st. John Perry

Kate St. John Perry has over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Kate most recently worked at Green Park as the Head of Executive Search Research, leading teams focused on data innovation and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Prior to that, they were a Senior Global Client Partner at Armstrong Craven, contributing to the expansion of their global service offerings. Kate also held leadership positions at Capita, where they built and managed an in-house executive search function, and at St John Perry Executive Search, their own headhunting consultancy. Kate has specialized in placing senior executives in various sectors, including private wealth management, corporate finance, and professional services. Kate has a strong background in talent mapping, pipelining, and succession planning.

Kate St. John Perry completed their high school education at Francis Holland School for Girls from 1988 to 1995. Kate then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in History at the University of Cambridge from 1995 to 1999. Afterward, in 2002, they returned to the University of Cambridge to obtain a Master's degree in History.
