Kirsty Beck

Kirsty Beck has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance. Kirsty is currently the Head of Finance Shared Services at Greencore, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Controller, Shared Services at Greencore from February 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Greencore, Kirsty worked at Plusnet where they held various roles. Kirsty served as the Head of Operations Finance from June 2018 to January 2020, Operations Senior Finance Manager from February 2017 to May 2018, and Central Finance Manager from January 2016 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kirsty gained valuable experience working at Chelsea Football Club as a Statutory & Regulatory Accountant where they were responsible for external financial reporting, annual accounts preparation, engagement with auditors, and tax submissions. Kirsty also worked at Royal Mail as an Internal Auditor & Risk Advisor, conducting reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes, and recommending improvements.

Kirsty began their career at KPMG UK as an Audit Assistant, working with a variety of clients and gaining expertise in financial statement audits, assessing accounting controls and procedures, and preparing statutory accounts.

Kirsty also has experience as an Accounts Assistant at Panache Lingerie.

Kirsty Beck completed their ACA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in the years 2009-2012. Before that, they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield from 2006-2009. Kirsty also completed their A Levels/AS Levels from Thomas Rotherham College, Rotherham, between 2004-2006. Their education started with GCSEs from St Bernards Catholic High School, Rotherham, from 1999-2004.
