Jad Bakri

Jad Bakri has extensive experience in the food service and catering industry, currently serving as the Catering Operations Manager at Greenhouse FoodStuff Trading LLC since February 2017. Previous roles include Production & Catering Operations Manager at KAF Group from September 2015 to February 2017, and various management positions at Ant Ventures Worldwide, where responsibilities included Banquet and Catering Manager and Head of Central Production Unit. Prior to this, Jad was Catering Operations Manager at Al Dhafra Catering in the UAE and held multiple roles at Chopsticks - Chinese Restaurant, including Restaurant Floor Manager and Branch Supervisor. Jad's career began as a Waiter at Zaatar W Zeit. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from the American University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
