P.R Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. P.R currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Greenko Group, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NETS as Vice President of Human Resources from January 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Lanco Power Limited, including Senior General Manager of HR and Admin from October 2019 to December 2019, General Manager of HR and Admin from April 2018 to September 2019, and Senior Deputy General Manager of HR and Admin from September 2016 to March 2018. P.R Jha also served in managerial positions at ISOLUX CORSAN as Associate General Manager of HR and Admin from April 2015 to August 2016, and Deputy General Manager of HR and Administration from July 2014 to March 2015. P.R started their career as an Assistant General Manager of Operation and PR - Corporate at a Power & infrastructure company in February 2007, and later became the Manager of Marketing - Head Marketing Pan India at a reputed limited company from September 2004 to January 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Deputy Manager and the Head of Product Marketing at NUCHEM LIMITED - NUWUD DIVISION from October 1997 to September 2004.

P.R Jha pursued Strategic Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, P.R Jha completed an M.B.A in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In 1996 and 1997, P.R Jha obtained a PGD in Adv. & P.R from LBS - Lucknow, specializing in Advertising & Public Relations. Moreover, P.R Jha obtained an M.A degree in English from jobs in India between 1992 and 1995. Before that, from 1989 to 1992, P.R Jha pursued Graduation in English (Hons) at C.M.Arts College. Additionally, P.R Jha obtained an I.Sc. degree in Phy, Chem & Math from C.M. Science College between 1987 and 1989. Lastly, P.R Jha completed Matriculation from M.L. Academy, specializing in subjects like Eng, Hindi, Math, Eco, and Sanskrit, from 1983 to 1987.

In addition to their educational qualifications, P.R Jha also holds several certifications. In 2016, P.R Jha completed the Executive Program in H.R from XLRI - VIL Programs and the Executive Program on Human Resource Management from SHRM. Furthermore, in 2023, P.R Jha obtained the Keka HR Katalyst certification from Keka HR.
