Morgan joined the Groff NetWorks team in January of 2020. Morgan communicates with both clients and team members, handles processing and filing invoices, and answering questions from customers or clients. Morgan went to NCM Institute in Kansas City, Missouri, where she studied service management, as well as completing her FCA. Morgan has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and has truly made customer service her passion. Morgan is driven to make someone’s day a little bit easier and to help out when others need it. Morgan’s ultimate goal is, “taking a client from having a stressful day and having them end with a smile on their face”.
