Mark Nicholson

Mark Nicholson has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Projects at Group RMC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mark worked at CBRE, where they held various leadership positions including Sr. Managing Director - DFW Market Leader, Property Management from January 2020 to September 2022, and Sr. Managing Director - Asset Services Americas - Office Practice Leader from September 2017 to January 2020. Before joining CBRE, they were a Managing Director at the same company from 2008 to 2015. Mark also has experience as a General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from 2000 to 2006, and as a Property Manager at Premisys Real Estate Services from 1995 to 1997. Mark was a member of Houston BOMA from 1990 to 2017.

Mark Nicholson attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1983 to 1986. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on management and real estate. Prior to their university education, they attended Jasper High School in Texas, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown.
