Michelle Wilcon

Michelle is the senior vice president of human resources for Group 1001 and oversees the HR department, with responsibility for providing leadership and strategic insight to senior leaders and delivering human resource expertise to the business.

Prior to joining Group 1001, Michelle held senior and key leadership roles at Sun Life U.S., served as director of human resources for Carat Media, which is owned by Aegis Group, where she oversaw the delivery of all HR services.

Before Carat, she served as director of human resources for Thomson Financial. During her four years at Thomson, Michelle held a variety of HR roles, providing HR expertise to her clients in the areas of recruitment, compensation, organizational design, and talent management.
