Dane Drobny

Dane Drobny has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2014. Dane oversees Groupon’s entire global legal function, which includes commercial, corporate security, employment and compliance, government affairs, immigration, information security, intellectual property, litigation, privacy, regulatory reporting and risk management. Prior to joining Groupon, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sears Holdings Corporation and he spent 17 years at the international law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP, most recently as a partner.
