Jerson Efer Balbuena

Jerson Efer Balbuena has a diverse background in engineering and quality assurance. Jerson Efer is currently working at Growsari as an Associate Director of Engineering Operations, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Technical Project Manager at Growsari from July 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining Growsari, Jerson worked at PayMaya Philippines as a Senior Quality Engineer from April 2018 to July 2019. Jerson Efer then joined Willis Towers Watson as a Quality Assurance Analyst from May 2017 to April 2018.

Jerson's earlier experiences include working at Finastra as a Quality Engineer from May 2014 to April 2017, and at Unilever as an Engineering Intern from January 2013 to March 2013.

Jerson Efer Balbuena completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University, graduating in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Jose Rizal Institute for their high school education from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Jerson Efer Balbuena also obtained several certifications. Jerson Efer received the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in July 2020. In May 2016, they earned the Foundation Level Certificate in Software Testing from the Indian Testing Board. In March 2014, they became an Electronics Engineer, obtaining a certification from the Professional Regulation Commission.
