Andy Potter

Andy Potter has a long history of working in the technology industry. Andy began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at Intellinet. In 2005, they became the Owner of Lake Claire Enterprises, LLC. In 2007, they took on the role of Consultant at RenRe North America Inc, where they implemented initial instances of SharePoint 2007 and SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 (SSRS). Andy also configured the integration between SharePoint and Reporting Services and defined protocols for uniform report delivery across the organization. From 2011 to 2016, Potter worked at Trident Claims Management as a Systems Consulting, at Inmar as a Business Intelligence, SharePoint and Process Consulting, and at DBH Global as a System Consulting. From 2016 to 2021, Potter served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Data Analytics & Customer Experience at Rug Doctor LLC. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Growthmill, a software services firm helping clients design and build innovative technology solutions to drive revenue growth.

Andy Potter attended Emory University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science. Andy then obtained a Section4 Certified Innovation Strategist certification in July 2021, followed by a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in 2012, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification in April 2002, a Fundamentals certification from Stripe in October 2022, a Stripe Certified Professional Implementation Architect certification in July 2022, an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in January 2021, and a Marketo Certified Expert certification.
