Carolyn "Ski" Sklar, M.A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business growth and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director of JazzStack® since March 2020, Carolyn focuses on fostering virtual team collaboration and innovation for business development. As Principal Consultant at GrowthPlay since November 2016, Carolyn aids legal professionals in establishing sustainable business generation strategies. Carolyn founded Sklar & Associates LLC in January 2002, working as President, Lawyer Coach, and Consultant. Previous roles include Marketing Director at BPE Solicitors LLP and Management Analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Carolyn's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Leadership & Organizational Development from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University.
