Ellen Shin

Ellen Shin is an experienced analyst currently with GS Caltex Corporation, focusing on energy transition business opportunities and regulatory analyses in Europe and the US. Prior to this role, Ellen served as an equity analyst at Niche Asset Management, conducting sustainability analyses, and worked as a documentary researcher uncovering significant historical events related to the Korean democracy movement. Additional experience includes community development at Good Neighbours UK, interpreting at the COP26 UN Climate Change Conference, and various research roles in vocational education and international development. Ellen holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication and International Development from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
