Kim White

Kim White has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kim is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Groundswell since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Telesto Group LLC from 2014 to the present, where they focused on identifying and capturing new business opportunities.

Before joining Telesto Group, Kim worked as a Program Analyst IV at SENTEL Corporation in 2014, providing program data analysis and support for the Integrated Logistics Support & Services mission.

From 2011 to 2013, Kim worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they served as a Business Development Representative, focusing on future opportunities contracted from the Army Contracting Command. Kim also served as a key member of a team developing and implementing a Strategic Communications Plan for Army Sustainment Command.

In 2007, Kim worked as a Business Development Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they gained experience in marketing research and intelligence gathering.

During their time at Telesto Group LLC – Rock Island Arsenal in 2011, Kim led a team in process/system/data analysis and documentation for LMP transactions.

Prior to that, Kim worked at Booz Allen Hamilton – Rock Island Arsenal from 2007 to 2010, where they served as a Management Analyst, an Office Manager/Business Development, and a Program Analyst.

Earlier in their career, Kim worked as a Public Relations Representative at Kim E. White – Rock Island Arsenal and as an Executive Assistant at United Way of America.

Kim began their career at Xerxes Corporation as a UST Coordinator and Customer Service Representative, where they prioritized customer requirements and served as the point of contact for major clients.

Overall, Kim White has demonstrated expertise in business development, program analysis, project management, and customer service throughout their career.

Kim White received a BA in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Illinois University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, Kim attended Quality College and obtained a QIT Diploma in 1996. Kim also completed high school at Maquoketa Community School, earning a General Studies High School Diploma.
