Nathan Pence

Nathan Pence currently serves as the Executive Manager of Environmental Science at the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, where responsibilities include overseeing environmental stewardship and programs for the Guadalupe River basin and facilitating public stakeholder processes for the Guadalupe River Habitat Conservation Plan. Prior to this role, Nathan was the Executive Director of Threatened and Endangered Species at the Edwards Aquifer Authority and worked as the Watershed Program Manager for the City of New Braunfels, focusing on economic development opportunities while safeguarding natural resources and managing the city's Storm Water Permit. Nathan's career began as a Fish and Wildlife Tech II with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Nathan holds a Master's Degree in Water Conservation/Aquatic Biology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aquatic Biology, both from Texas State University.
