Rugile Piestyte

Rugile Piestyte currently serves as the Head of AML Compliance at GURU PAY since April 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Head of AML Operations at Nexpay, where responsibilities involved overseeing AML team activities and ensuring compliance with AML policies and procedures, and as a Senior AML Officer. Previous roles at Citi, PwC, Danske Bank, and Western Union provided extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and quality control in financial crime prevention. Rugile holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Katholieke Hogeschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen.
