Brian Dale Johnson has a long and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Brian Dale began their career as the Rooms Division Manager at Sheraton Grande Torrey Pines in 1989, responsible for the opening and operation of a 400-room luxury golf resort. Brian Dale then moved on to become the Director of Rooms at Resort at Squaw Creek, where they oversaw the opening and operation of a 405-room luxury golf and ski resort. In 1992, they joined the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as the Resident Manager, where they managed the operation of a 660-room luxury golf resort.
In 1998, Brian became the General Manager of Regent Las Vegas, responsible for the opening and operation of a 541-room luxury golf and spa resort. Brian Dale then joined Loews Hotels & Co in 2000 as a General Manager, overseeing a 750-room luxury theme park resort. In 2003, they became the Managing Director of a luxury golf resort with AAA Four Diamond status, and in 2014, they became the Managing Director of a beach resort with AAA Four Diamond status. Brian Dale also served as the General Manager of Great Wolf Lodge from 2018 to 2022, where they managed the overall operations of the resort.
Currently, Brian is the Managing Director at Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort, a position they have held since 2022.
Brian Dale Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Brian Dale also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from National University. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained a certification in DoubleTree by Hilton General Manager Brand Training from Hilton Worldwide. No specific dates were provided for the completion of their education or certification.
