Marc Bajer

Marc Bajer is the current Chief Executive Officer at Hadrian's Wall Capital Limited. Prior to this, they served as CEO at Assured Guaranty UK Ltd from September 2005 to October 2009. There, they supervised and managed all front, middle, and back office functions for the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, including client coverage, origination, pricing and credit assessment of transactions. Marc originated and managed £15 Billion in credit insured assets. Marc also supervised and managed all regulatory and compliance functions, including interaction with the FCA and the PRA as well as the management of the Solvency II process. Lastly, they supervised and managed all administrative functions such as HR, accounting, audit, business & strategic planning, and board meetings.

Before their time at Assured Guaranty UK Ltd, Marc Bajer was the Global Co-Head - Debt and Structured Capital Markets at Commerzbank AG from February 2000 to August 2004. There, they were responsible for Structured Capital Markets; Debt Capital Markets; Leveraged Loans; Syndicate; Syndicated Loans; Conduit/SIV Portfolios. Prior to that, they served as Director - Structured Capital Markets at Barclays Investment Bank from January 1998 to December 2000. Before that, they were Senior Advisor at PETRA Trade Finance.

Marc Bajer has a certification from the Financial Conduct Authority in CF1, CF3, and CF30. Marc also has a certification from NASD in NASD Series 7, Series 3, and Series 63.
