Berit Sande

Berit Sande has a strong background in finance and strategy, with experience in various leadership roles. Berit is currently working as the Konserndirektør Økonomi og finans / CFO at Hafslund since August 2022. Prior to this position, they served as the Director Portfolio & Strategy at Norsk Hydro from November 2019 to July 2022. Berit also worked as the Director of Business Development New Technologies at Hydro Energi AS from January 2018 to November 2019. Before their roles in the energy sector, Berit Sande was the Head of Operations at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2017 to December 2017, and previously served as a Principal at BCG from August 2006 to December 2016. During their time at BCG, they were a core member of the Energy, Strategy, and People & Organization Practice Groups and participated in the BCG Ambassador Program, working at the Washington DC office for one year in 2010.

Berit Sande obtained their Master's Degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2000 and 2006.
