Lars Nicolaisen

Lars Nicolaisen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lars currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Haiilo since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at DREAMLINES as a Product Owner from July 2016 to March 2018. Lars also held the position of Product Owner at Goodgame Studios from January 2015 to July 2016, where they managed various products related to customer operations.

Before their role at Goodgame Studios, Lars took a sabbatical in 2014 to pursue their passion for writing. Lars also gained valuable experience at Google, where they held multiple senior roles. Lars served as a Vendor Manager for Google's outsourcing/offshoring team from April 2013 to August 2014. Lars was responsible for vendor selection, performance management, and relationship management. Lars also served as an Operations Manager for the AdWords product in Scandinavia and Benelux markets from April 2012 to March 2013, overseeing revenue programs and managing multiple stakeholders.

Lars's experience at Google also includes roles such as Vendor Operations Manager, Team Manager, and Account Strategist, where they handled various responsibilities related to customer service, project management, and sales. Prior to Google, Lars worked as the Marketing Director for online media company Transitions Online from August 1999 to July 2005. Lars began their career as a trainee in the Danish Airforce, where they gained skills in office management, accounting, and logistics from July 1994 to July 1996.

Lars Nicolaisen attended Northumbria University from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a BA HONS in International Business Studies.
