Cayce Williams, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Cayce currently works at Halodi Robotics, where they hold the position of Head of People and Talent, responsible for managing the recruitment and development of employees. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain and R&D Project Manager at the same company, overseeing project management, cost monitoring, and implementing change strategies. Before joining Halodi Robotics, Cayce worked at BB&T, a financial services institution, where they held multiple roles, including Program and Project Manager, Senior Project Coordinator and Administrator, and Project Coordinator and Administrator. Cayce obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Supply Chain Logistics Management from the University of West Florida from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Meredith College from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they attended Universidad Blas Pascal in 2011 to study Spanish. Cayce also pursued studies in accounting and Spanish at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Universidad Nacional in 2010. Cayce completed their undergraduate education at Maryville College from 2008 to 2010, majoring in International Business and Spanish.
In addition to their formal education, Cayce has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Cayce earned the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in March 2019. Cayce also holds the Certifie Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, which they obtained in June 2015. Furthermore, they are a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, achieving this credential in November 2015.
