Brenda Ackley

Brenda Ackley has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brenda started their career as an Administrator at Elderwood Healthcare, where they led skilled nursing facilities and ensured compliance with state regulations. Brenda then served as an Area Executive Director at Emeritus Senior Living, successfully managing surveys and improving occupancy rates. Brenda later joined WNY Immediate Care as an Administrator and Laboratory Administrator, streamlining systems and coordinating the opening of new clinics. Brenda then worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at GENERAL PHYSICIAN, P.C., where they integrated programs and developed strategic plans for expansion. Currently, Brenda is the Vice President of Operations, Healthcare at Hamister Group, LLC, where they focus on integrating new properties into the healthcare portfolio and creating new service programs. Throughout their career, Brenda has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and compliance.

Brenda Ackley obtained a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at SUNY Fredonia from 1993 to 1997.
