Matt Donaldson

Matt Donaldson currently serves as a Corrections Officer at Hampden County Sheriff's Department since February 2022, having previously held the position of Correctional Officer Cadet. In addition, Matt has been a Team Member at Silver Bell Farm since November 2017, where responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting Christmas trees and providing excellent customer service. Prior experience includes working as a Security Officer at TeamOps, LLC from November 2019 to January 2022, focusing on crowd safety and security measures at Gillette Stadium, and as a Groundskeeper at Fenway Golf Range & Pitch & Putt from April 2015 to January 2022, ensuring the maintenance of the golf course. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University between August 2020 and April 2022 and attended Nichols College from 2018 to 2020, following graduation from East Longmeadow High School in 2018.
