Nicole Bracey

Nicole Bracey is an Associate Attorney at Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole served as an Executive Editor and Staff Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review and gained practical experience as a Law Clerk at James B. Justice PLLC, as well as holding Summer Associate positions at Gilpin and Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC. Nicole has also participated in the Transactional Law Clinic as a Student Attorney and worked as a Criminal Law Teaching Assistant during law school at the University of Mississippi. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Legal Runner at Prince, Glover & Hayes, an Online Contributor for Future Female Leaders of America, and a Congressional Intern at the District Office of Congressman Mark Walker. Nicole obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of Alabama.
