Shelby Gourley is an experienced application specialist at Handtmann Inc. since June 2021, utilizing deep technical knowledge to guide testing of Handtmann technologies and assist with troubleshooting complex customer installations, while also generating technical reports on testing results. Prior experience includes working as an assistant at the University of Wyoming Meat Lab from March 2019 to June 2021, interning at Seaboard Foods in July 2020, and serving as a meat cutter and salesperson at Zio Brand Meats from March 2020 to July 2020. Shelby has also interned with AMVC Management Services in the summer of 2019 and held a summer internship at the Monterey County Fairgrounds from August 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included event coordination and sponsorship agreements. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Wyoming, earned in May 2021, and graduated from Notre Dame High School in Salinas, California, in 2017.
