David Wagner

David Wagner has extensive experience in the real estate industry. David started their career in 1991 as a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Chartwell Group, LLC. In this role, they collaborated with TCN Worldwide to provide real estate services to clients in over 50 markets. David also served as a Principal and Co-Founder of Chartwell Group, LLC, focusing on industrial, office, and investment brokerage.

In 2006, Wagner became a Chairman Emeritus at TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services/TCN. David later served as the Chairman of TCN Worldwide from 1993 to 2008, overseeing a network of over 1,200 agents in more than 50 cities worldwide.

Throughout their career, Wagner has held various board member positions, including at The Dunham Tavern and Museum, Gilmour Academy, Canalway Partners, and Cleveland GBC. David also provided consulting services for ChartwellGroup LLC., Real estate.

In 2012, Wagner joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate as the Executive Managing Director and Principal, where they continue to work.

David Wagner attended Saint Edward High School from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and Real Estate. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Saint Vincent College from 1978 to 1981.
