Roshanie Ross has over 20 years of work experience in various industries, including finance, marketing, and digital transformation. Roshanie has held leadership roles at reputable companies such as Happier Living, where they serve as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director at ROAR Strategic Partners and as the Chief Digital Officer at The IRONMAN Group, where they managed the company's digital fitness offerings. Roshanie also served as the Global GM of Digital Customer Experience at International SOS, leading the company's digital transformation and creating customer-centric digital products. Prior to that, they had a successful career at Citi, where they spearheaded the digital transformation of the commercial banking platform as the SVP of Digital Transformation and managed the Citi Prestige product as the SVP of Product Management and Marketing. Roshanie has also worked at Equinox as the Director of Customer Loyalty and Retention and at Diageo as a Brand Manager. Roshanie began their career at American Express and Columbia University, where they gained valuable experience in financial analysis.

During their time at Wesleyan, Roshanie pursued their interest in Government and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in this field. Later, they decided to enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree. Roshanie joined The Wharton School, where they specialized in Finance and Marketing and successfully completed their MBA program.
