Tim Henry

Tim Henry serves as the Director of Credit Solutions at Harbert Management Corporation, where responsibilities include providing subordinated debt and preferred equity investments aimed at supporting companies with growth and acquisition needs. With prior experience as a Senior Associate and Associate within the same group, Tim has a strong background in credit solutions. Before joining Harbert, Tim worked at Health Warrior, Inc. in various roles involving business analytics and finance operations, overseeing global supply-chain activities and financial reporting. Additionally, Tim began a career in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co., focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Tim also gained valuable consulting experience at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, emphasizing entrepreneurial development and business planning. Tim holds a BA in History and Economics from Vanderbilt University and completed the Accelerator Business Institute at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management.
