William Belecz

William Belecz has a strong background in health and human services organizations. William currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Harbor Care, where they oversee various functional areas such as the Federally Qualified Health Center program, Home Health Agency, Housing, Military Veteran Service, and Facilities. Prior to this role, they worked as the CEO/Executive Director at Regional Health Reach and Regional Health Services. William also held executive positions at Trillium Health and Visiting Nurse Service of Rochester and Monroe County, Inc., where they served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President Programs and Services, CIO and VP Operations & Business Analysis, and Vice President. William started their career as a Project Director at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

William Belecz received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. William then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. After completing their master's degree, William pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. In addition to their academic qualifications, William also obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
