Jeanene O'Connor

Jeanene O'Connor is an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and finance sectors. Currently serving at Harlem Grown since February 2023, Jeanene previously held similar positions at Craft Boxing Co. and Growlers Beer Bistro, where responsibilities included managing substantial annual finances, establishing financial tracking systems, and supervising staff to uphold high operational standards. Prior experience at Fidessa involved managing a team focused on invoicing and client relations. Jeanene holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Lehman College.
