Ayman (Hadi) Assaad has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ayman (Hadi) started their career as a Computer IT at the Women Humanitarians organization in 1993 and continued in this role until the year 2000. Following this, they worked as a Student Assistant at San Jacinto College from June 2005 to October 2010. In 2006, Ayman joined Dish Network as an Information Technology Technician. Ayman (Hadi) then moved on to Harris County Toll Road Authority, where they held various roles. Ayman began their journey at HCTRA in May 2016 as an IT Service Desk Analyst, and later became an IT Systems Support Specialist III in October 2018. Currently, Ayman holds the position of SCCM & Sr Windows Systems Administrator II at HCTRA starting from November 2018.

Ayman (Hadi) also attained a Certificate of Technology from San Jacinto College in June 2004. Most recently, in December 2018, Ayman obtained a Network+ certification from CompTIA.
