Kenneth Medina, MBA, serves as the Business Manager for Harrisburg School District since June 2016, drawing on extensive experience in operational administration across various educational institutions. Previously, Kenneth held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Superintendent of Finance & Operations at Targeted Search / Consulting and has provided consulting services in finance and operations for multiple charter schools. Kenneth's background includes roles such as Director of Business Operations at Bensalem Township School District and Director of Business and Finance at the School District of the City of York, demonstrating skills in budget management, strategic growth, and collaboration with community stakeholders. Kenneth has also accumulated substantial financial expertise through earlier positions as a Senior Financial Consultant with AXA Advisors and as an Assistant Business Manager at Manheim Central School District. Kenneth holds an MBA in Financial and Operational Management and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Penn State University.
