From 1970 to 1975, Ernesto Olascoaga attended Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, where they obtained a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 1978 to 1980, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University.
In the early 2000s, Ernesto Olascoaga enrolled at Pepperdine University. From 2000 to 2005, they studied at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, earning a Doctorate degree in Organizational Change.
