Ernesto Olascoaga

Ernesto Olascoaga has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and companies. From 1970 to 1975, Ernesto Olascoaga attended Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, where they obtained a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 1978 to 1980, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University.

In the early 2000s, Ernesto Olascoaga enrolled at Pepperdine University. From 2000 to 2005, they studied at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, earning a Doctorate degree in Organizational Change. Ernesto continued their education at Pepperdine University, achieving an EDOC degree in Organizational Change from 2000 to 2015.

Ernesto Olascoaga also acquired additional qualifications and certifications throughout their career. In 2006 and 2008, they attended AIAC, where they received a business coach certification. In 2007 to 2009, they joined the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and obtained the title of Chartered Business Coach. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, Ernesto Olascoaga pursued a Human Systems Interventions program at the Gestalt International Study Center.

Towards the latter part of their career, Ernesto Olascoaga pursued further professional development. In April 2023, they obtained a certification in "Developing a Critical Thinking Mindset" from LinkedIn.
