Heather Depaolo

Heather DePaolo serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hartford HealthCare since June 2016, previously holding the role of Director of Human Resources within the organization. Prior to this, Heather was the Director of Human Resources at Hartford Healthcare Senior Services from April 2013 to June 2016 and held multiple roles at Conning, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Human Resource Management from 2009 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and HR Business Partner at Swiss Re from 2001 to 2009, as well as positions in HR consulting and as a Human Resource Assistant. Heather DePaolo’s expertise encompasses a wide array of human resource functions including M&A activity, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance, with a current focus on supporting divisional units across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph College, among other studies at Liberty University and Briarwood College.
