Charlotte Carter

Charlotte Carter is an experienced educator specializing in special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Hartlepool Borough Council since September 2019. Prior to this role, Charlotte taught at Sunderland City Council from September 2018 to August 2019, and at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council between January 2017 and August 2018.
