Frode Bjørnæs

Frode Bjørnæs currently serves as Styreleder at Sustainable People AS since November 2022 and has been a Managing Partner and Consultant/Partner at Hartmark Executive Search AS since 2011. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager for Information Technology at Adecco Norge from 2006 to 2010 and as Area Manager at MyTravel Northern Europe between 1999 and 2003, where responsibilities included serving as Principal/Teacher at Vingschool and Tour Guide. Frode's military background includes an officer role in the Norwegian Armed Forces from 1995 to 1998. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Management in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2015, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, earned in 2006. Additional education includes attendance at Officer Candidate School (BSIT) from 1994 to 1996.
