Jody Gross

Jody Gross serves as a Senior Solutions Strategist at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, focusing on advancing client learning experiences, evolving HBP-CL’s solutions portfolio, and integrating market insights into strategic design efforts. Having previously held roles as Senior Solution Architect and Principal Learning Partner, Jody has successfully led various projects and teams to enhance instructional design and delivery. Prior experience includes significant positions at Richardson, where Jody oversaw instructional design project workflows, developed comprehensive learning solutions, and contributed to the design of effective learning programs across diverse industries. Jody began a career in retail management at Borders, demonstrating a strong foundation in project coordination and client engagement. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Art from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
