Rene Kolkman

Rene Kolkman is an experienced construction consultant and manager with a robust background in the engineering and construction sectors. Rene has held various prominent positions, including President and Country Manager at Hill International, Inc., and Construction Consultant at Hatch. With expertise developed over several decades, Rene has managed significant projects in the fields of potash handling, nickel processing, and aluminum smelter upgrades. Previous roles also include Regional Director for Africa at Koop Tjuchem and Marine Construction Manager for the Strait Crossing Consortium in Canada. Rene’s foundational education in Mechanical Engineering was completed in the Netherlands, enhancing a career characterized by diverse leadership roles and large-scale project execution.
