Ausra Balciunaite has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ausra began their career at Vilnius University as a Research Assistant, where they conducted qualitative research and analyzed data to produce a report on Social Exclusion. Ausra then joined Business Development as a Researcher, contributing to the success of an EU Funded Project and assisting with survey planning and data analysis. After that, Ausra worked as a CIPD Placement (HR Intern) at Hilton London Kensington, where they focused on employee engagement. Ausra later joined United Response as an HR Assistant, responsible for processing and updating HR information for a large staff team. Currently, they are associated with Havas People, where they have held various positions, including Resourcer/Resourcing Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently Senior Project Director. Havas People specializes in building lasting relationships between brands and employers and provides recruitment and employer branding services.
Ausra Balciunaite completed their education at King's College London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis in 2012. Prior to this, they studied at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology. In addition to their academic achievements, Ausra has obtained certifications in Prince2 Foundation from PEOPLECERT in March 2017, as well as PRINCE2 AGILE Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
