LeAnne George has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. LeAnne began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1990 as a Future Model Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the successful launch of a new minivan joint venture between Ford and Nissan. LeAnne then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Engineer, overseeing a team of engineers and coordinating product changes for the Mercury Villager/Nissan Quest minivan. LeAnne ensured the updating of process worksheets for production and led daily concern meetings to resolve problems during the prototype build phase.
In 2008, LeAnne joined Pewaukee School District as a Substitute Teacher, where they provided instruction for classes ranging from 4K to 6th grade, including children with special needs. LeAnne worked closely with teachers to modify lessons and curriculum as required.
In 2013, LeAnne joined Hayes Performance Systems as a Program Manager, responsible for managing the Power Sports Business Unit. LeAnne recently transitioned to the role of Manager Customer Care within the same business unit, where they oversee customer care operations and ensures customer satisfaction.

LeAnne George obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. LeAnne attended the university from 1985 to 1990, completing their undergraduate education within that time frame.
